Positive: They offer a shuttle to a nearby MBTA station. This is very much appreciated and quite helpful for visitors to Boston.
Negative: There is a high pitched shrill that sounds intermittently and is very distracting to sleep.

Positive: Good location/ pool and hot tub Great continental breakfast- lots of options and very good
Negative: AC didn't work in our first room, but we were switched promptly to another room. The pool and hot tub could use some updating, seemed a little dirty in there but it serves its purpose. Fire alarm went off at 4:30am which was really awful.
Summary: Best part was the breakfast but it was comfortable overall. Overpriced

Positive: Location was great -- easy access to highway and plenty of restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Negative: The hotel is tired -- it is in need of some repairs and/or updates to the room. Also, the bed mattresses need to be replaced -- they were well worn out.
Summary: Very convenient location but the beds were so uncomfortable.

Positive: Perfect location for visiting Boston city and travelling to cape Cod . Free shuttle within 4 mile radius was brilliant . We took it to mall and to Quincy Adams train station
Negative: Didn’t like the disposable plates and knives forks etc for breakfast . There has to be a better way for environment . Everything thing just thrown in thrash after 😞
